Core Tip Each year, worldwide, more than 295000 females are diagnosed and 185000 die from ovarian cancer, which remains the most lethal among all gynecologic malignancies. The management of advanced ovarian cancer has evolved over the past two decades. Surgical excision, along with different minimally invasive techniques, is available option for treating hepatic metastases. A multidisciplinary approach is essential to achieve optimal treating outcomes.
