Core Tip Biliary complications are the most common surgical complications after liver transplantation, being a major source of morbidity and mortality in liver transplantation recipients. Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography is the gold standard for the non-invasive diagnosis of intra- and extrahepatic biliary complications. Computed tomography may be helpful for the assessment of biliary complications and it is often used due to its higher availability as compared to magnetic resonance imaging.
