Core Tip This study retrospectively analyzed 254 perimenopausal cervical cancer patients to identify risk factors associated with depression. Results revealed that low monthly family income, initial disease onset, low social support, advanced pathological stage, high pain level, and poor sleep quality were significant risk factors. These findings highlight the importance of addressing mental health in this vulnerable population and provide a basis for targeted clinical interventions to prevent depression.
