Core Tip |
This study was the first to identify the miR-29b-3p/SIRT1 axis as a critical mechanism underlying the attenuation of endothelial ferroptosis and microvascular dysfunction of farrerol (FA) in diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM). These results highlight the translational potential of targeting miR-29b-3p or administering FA for the treatment of DCM. |
