Catalase (CAT) plays a critical role in breast cancer (BC) by regulating oxidative stress. Its expression is regulated by hormone receptors and epigenetics and is closely related to the metastatic site and prognosis of BC. Therapeutic strategies targeting CAT provides a potential promising new avenue for advancing BC treatment. |
