| Core Tip |
This study enrolled 123 patients with thyroid nodules to compare the clinical effects of Jianpi Huazhuo Xiaoying Decoction combined with emotional conditioning and standardized lifestyle interventions (including emotional guidance, dietary adjustments, and daily routine modifications). The combined treatment demonstrated significant clinical advantages, including relief of symptoms and negative emotions; improved overall efficacy; reductions in nodule count, average diameter, and microvascular density; and better thyroid function. These findings support the combined approach as a valuable therapeutic strategy for managing thyroid nodules. |
