| Core Tip |
Congenital microtia is a common craniofacial deformity in children, and auricular reconstruction remains the preferred corrective approach. Because the ear’s anatomy is complex and the reconstructed auricle is fragile postoperatively, children’s mental health becomes crucial, directly influencing cooperation and wound healing. Psychological counseling has been shown to improve emotional well-being. This study aims to investigate the impact of comprehensive perioperative nursing combined with personalized psychological counseling on anxiety and depression in children undergoing surgery. |
