PFA demonstrated significantly shorter procedure times and lower phrenic nerve palsy risk, with comparable efficacy and safety profiles to cryoballoon ablation. These findings highlight PFA’s procedural advantages and support its growing clinical adoption, while underscoring the need for large-scale randomized trials.
