Core Tip In the “Internet+” era, artificial intelligence (AI) has great potential as a psychological education workforce. This article proposed that AI can contribute to psychological education through AI-based questionnaire surveys, AI-assisted courses, and AI-driven counseling. These approaches offer advantages such as efficiency, personalization, and accessibility. However, AI has its limitations and should not be over-relied upon. We advocate for the cautious adoption of AI and the implementation of small-scale trials to optimize its application in psychological education.
