This is the first meta-analysis to compare endoscopic sclerotherapy (ES) with traditional surgery for the treatment of internal hemorrhoids. ES provided higher efficacy, fewer complications and lower costs, offering a minimally invasive alternative for grade I-III hemorrhoids. |
