| Core Tip |
This study demonstrates that continuous stellate ganglion block (CSGB) significantly reduces postoperative anxiety and depression in patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery. By modulating the sympathetic nervous system, relieving postoperative pain, improving sleep quality, and promoting early mobilization, CSGB provides dual physical-psychological benefits. These findings highlight CSGB as a promising adjunct within enhanced recovery pathways, offering a novel strategy for improving emotional outcomes and accelerating postoperative recovery. |
