Core Tip	Hu et al’s study merges positive psychology positive emotion, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment (PERMA) with role model motivation to enhance emotional resilience and treatment adherence among ovarian cancer patients. This integrative model represents a shift from symptom focused care toward strength based psychosocial oncology. This letter expands on the conceptual mechanisms, resilience, self-efficacy, relational meaning, and highlights methodological improvements. Future research must employ multicentric, longitudinal, culturally sensitive designs to build stronger theoretical and practical frameworks for PERMA based interventions in cancer care.
