| Core Tip |
This study evaluates the implementation of a dedicated consult shift supported by real-time dashboard tracking, which improved resolution times for diagnostic disagreements. After implementation, average and median resolution times improved by more than 67% and 76%, respectively. These post-intervention improvements demonstrate the value of structured quality assurance interventions in enhancing operational efficiency and reducing delays in patient care and clinical trial reporting. |
