This study explored the anxiety/depression trajectories in older adult patients who have undergone total hip arthroplasty via a latent category growth model and identified two subgroups. Postoperative 1-week to 1-month is the key intervention window. Old age, low education level, and postoperative pain are risk factors, while social support and self-efficacy are protective factors. These results provide a basis for precise stratified nursing. |
