This retrospective study evaluated a whole-process management protocol for preventing device-related pressure injuries in gastrointestinal surgery. In 104 patients, the protocol significantly reduced pressure injury incidence at 1 day postoperatively (27.45%-5.66%), lowered complication rates (80.39%-50.94%), and improved quality of life. These findings support proactive, multimodal perioperative prevention. |
