Core Tip This study retrospectively analyzed 136 patients with postoperative gastric cancer receiving small-molecule drugs and chemotherapy. Programmed death-ligand 1 and tumor mutation burden are independent risk factors for recurrence, and their combined detection has a high predictive value.
