| Core Tip |
Kawasaki disease (KD) is an acute childhood vasculitis with potential long-term cardiovascular sequelae; however, data regarding growth and pubertal outcomes remain limited. In this cross-sectional study, children with KD demonstrated auxological and pubertal parameters broadly comparable to healthy controls. Coronary artery abnormalities were not associated with major differences in anthropometric measures. These findings contribute to the limited literature on long-term developmental outcomes in KD, particularly from Indian populations, and highlight the need for larger longitudinal studies. |
