Core Tip	Adult patients with hemophilia arthritis had a higher incidence of anxiety and depression, and negative emotions were closely related to a decline in health-related quality of life. Among these, depression had the most significant impact on physical and psychological quality of life, and joint pain, multi joint involvement, and non-standard treatment were also important influencing factors. Psychological screening should be emphasized in clinical management, combined with pain control, standardized treatment, and psychological interventions.
