| Core Tip |
This study aimed to analyze the correlations of the systemic immune-inflammation index (SII), neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), and monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio (MLR) with clinicopathological features in patients with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS). Based on correlation analysis and multivariable logistic regression analysis, we constructed and validated a predictive model incorporating SII, NLR, PLR, and MLR to estimate the size and number of small intestinal polyps in PJS patients. This model holds promise as a non-invasive and cost-effective risk stratification marker, thereby facilitating individualized monitoring and early risk intervention. |
