| Core Tip |
This study shows that the goal-directed fluid therapy guided by stroke volume variation can promote the faster recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gastric cancer surgery, and reduce the nursing workload. By reducing the incidence of postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction and optimizing intraoperative hemodynamic parameters, goal-directed fluid therapy shortened the time of first exhaust and first defecation. These results emphasize the importance of individualized fluid management in perioperative nursing strategy of gastric cancer surgery, which can not only promote the postoperative recovery of patients, but also help to improve the nursing efficiency. |
