Core Tip This study is the first to thoroughly examine the relationships between dietary vitamin intake, gastric cancer (GC), and premalignant lesions (PML) based on a large population cohort from Wuwei with significant GC mortality. Vitamin A and B6 intakes are linked to lower chances of PML prevalence, but riboflavin intake is associated with elevated PML and GC risks, while vitamin C intake is correlated with a higher PML risk. These findings provide nutritional evidence for targeted GC prevention in high-incidence areas.
