Core Tip This study systematically evaluated eight peripheral blood inflammatory markers for the auxiliary diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma and developed a nomogram. Among all markers, the prognostic nutritional index (PNI) and lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio (LMR) showed superior diagnostic performance compared with alpha-fetoprotein. A nomogram incorporating PNI, LMR, and neutrophil-to-platelet ratio demonstrated good discrimination, calibration, and clinical utility. These readily available and cost-effective biomarkers may serve as valuable adjuncts to current diagnostic strategies.
