Core Tip Hepatocellular carcinoma carries a poor prognosis, and the clinical value of lymphangiogenesis-related genes remains unclear. Integrating multi-omics, Mendelian randomization, and single-cell sequencing, this study identified COL15A1, LOXL2, and PLXDC1 as prognostic genes and constructed a robust risk stratification model. Multidimensional analyses revealed their roles in immune remodeling, metabolic alteration, and drug sensitivity, providing novel biomarkers and causal evidence for individualized prognosis assessment in hepatocellular carcinoma.
