Core Tip This study evaluates the efficacy of combining bevacizumab with microwave ablation in treating hepatocellular carcinoma. Our findings demonstrate that this combined therapy not only significantly improves short-term clinical efficacy but also effectively regulates the ablation-induced inflammatory response and enhances patients’ immune function. This synergistic approach addresses the limitations of thermal ablation alone by improving the tumor immune microenvironment and promoting liver function recovery, offering a promising and safe strategy for optimizing comprehensive hepatocellular carcinoma treatment.
