Core Tip	We present a case of synchronous esophageal calcifying fibrous tumor and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in a 69-year-old male. The lesions were effectively treated in a single session using combined submucosal tunneling endoscopic resection and endoscopic submucosal dissection. The case underscores the technical viability of this combined strategy, the diagnostic ambiguity of type B2 intrapapillary capillary loop changes in preoperative depth assessment, and the necessity of rigorous postoperative surveillance to ensure oncological safety.
