| Core Tip |
This retrospective study enrolled 224 primary liver cancer patients undergoing transcatheter arterial chemoembolization to identify relevant factors for postoperative anxiety and depression. Multivariate analysis revealed multiple tumors, Child-Pugh grade B, high Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score, high Social Support Rating Scale and Family Adaptation Partnership Growth Affection Resolve Index scores as independent relevant factors. The constructed nomogram showed excellent predictive performance with area under the curve of 0.958 in the original model and 0.900 in the correction model. Shapley Additive Explanations analysis verified good interpretability. This model provides a visual and practical tool for early risk stratification and targeted psychological intervention in clinical practice. |
