Core Tip	This study investigated the correlation of depressive and anxiety symptoms with clinical pregnancy outcomes in women with infertility undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART). The detection rates of depressive and anxiety symptoms were significantly lower in the clinical pregnancy group (P < 0.05). Depressive and anxiety symptoms were negatively correlated with clinical pregnancy (P < 0.05). Age ≥ 35 years, body mass index, follicle-stimulating hormone, anti-Müllerian hormone, depression, anxiety, and their comorbidity were independent risk factors for poor ART outcomes. These findings highlight the value of mental-health symptom screening in ART clinics; however, this study cannot establish causality and does not confirm that psychological interventions improve ART pregnancy results.
