| Core Tip |
This real-world cohort included 1087 type 2 diabetes patients using continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Multimodal care integrating CGM with digital diabetes support is associated with glycemic changes, self-management shifts, and detection of suspected asymptomatic nocturnal sensor detected hypoglycemia in real world adults with type 2 diabetes. Appropriate post-dinner-to-bedtime glucose may be correlated with the risk of asymptomatic nocturnal hypoglycemia. CGM may help improve glycemic control, optimizes self-management and detects hidden nocturnal hypoglycemia. |
