Core Tip Gastric lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (LELGC) is a rare subtype of gastric cancer, and currently there is a lack of individualized prognostic assessment tools. Our study, for the first time, based on the clinical pathological and immunological marker data of 69 LELGC patients, constructed and internally validated a nomogram model for predicting overall survival and recurrence-free survival. This model has good discrimination, and it shows a potential net benefit compared to tumor-nodes-metastasis staging. This tool provides a preliminary reference for the individualized risk stratification of LELGC patients, but it needs external validation before any clinical application can be considered.
