Core Tip This meta-analysis of 11 randomized controlled trials (RCT) involving 1435 patients evaluated Roy Adaptation Model (RAM) in postoperative gastrointestinal (GI) cancer patients. RAM may improve GI function, quality of life, anxiety, satisfaction, and self-care agency. However, the certainty of evidence was low to very low for all outcomes, and high-quality RCTs are still needed for firm conclusions.
