Core Tip We used the Chinese-developed KangDuo SR2000 system to perform single-port plus two additional ports robot-assisted distal gastrectomy with D2 lymphadenectomy. The setup incorporated two robotic working instruments and a separate channel for the bedside assistant. The procedure was completed without conversion. The patient subsequently completed six cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy. The first four cycles consisted of S-1 plus oxaliplatin, followed by two cycles of S-1 alone after the patient declined further intravenous chemotherapy. This case demonstrates the technical feasibility of the procedure in one patient. It does not establish that this approach is safer or superior to standard surgery or that it provides adequate long-term oncological control.
