Core Tip	This study integrated spatial and bulk-transcriptomic data to characterize macrophage-associated transcriptional programs in colorectal cancer. M1-like activity was preferentially observed at tumor-peripheral regions and was associated with immune-active features and favorable outcomes. NFKB1 was subsequently prioritized as a candidate bulk-transcriptomic biomarker. The findings describe spatial and prognostic associations.
