| Core Tip |
This study evaluated postoperative prophylactic sorafenib, donafenib, and lenvatinib after first R0 resection for hepatocellular carcinoma. Tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) initiation was modeled as a time-dependent exposure, and 31-, 60-, and 90-day landmark, propensity-weighted, doubly robust, co-intervention, and competing-event sensitivity analyses were performed. No analysis provided clear evidence supporting routine prophylactic TKI use. The estimates remain imprecise and should not be interpreted as proof of no benefit or equivalence among agents. |
