Core Tip	Pancreatic ganglioneuroma is a rare benign neurogenic tumor frequently mimicking solid pseudopapillary neoplasm. We present a case of pancreatic head ganglioneuroma characterized by comprehensive multimodality imaging findings, including unrestricted diffusion on diffusion-weighted imaging and low metabolic activity on 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography. These features, combined with successful robot-assisted resection, highlight the value of advanced imaging in preoperative differential diagnosis.
