| Core Tip |
In this descriptive case series of 100 eyes with concurrent pseudoexfoliation syndrome and diabetes mellitus that completed analytic follow-up, visual acuity improved despite endothelial cell loss and early postoperative corneal thickening. Because the source file lacked a screening log, incomplete follow-up records, comparator groups, and detailed metabolic data, the findings are hypothesis-generating and do not quantify additive risk. |
