Core Tip Circadian disruption may represent a temporal regulatory dimension rather than a secondary consequence of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease. This review defines hepatic clock remodeling as multidimensional alterations in phase, amplitude, period, cellular synchronization, and clock-controlled metabolic outputs. It integrates time-resolved human evidence with cell- and tissue-specific experimental studies, distinguishes clinically supported interventions from preclinical strategies, and identifies priorities for chronobiology-informed trials and personalized treatment.
