Core Tip	This 2019 retrospective cross-sectional examination-level survey reports local computed tomography dose reference values from Gaza’s specialist paediatric oncology service (193 examinations). The conventional P75 values are complemented by P50 benchmarks, bootstrap precision estimates and descriptive protocol variability. Chest/abdomen/pelvis computed tomography warrants prioritised clinical audit, but the lack of image-quality, indication and phase-level data prevents categorising dose variation as avoidable.
