Core Tip Pediatric magnet ingestion remains an important preventable cause of gastrointestinal injury. In this decade-long, six-center study from the United Arab Emirates, we describe how the burden of cases changed over time and how severe outcomes, including bowel injury and the need for intervention, can occur. Fewer cases were observed after national awareness efforts and regulatory action targeting high-powered magnetic products. Continued surveillance, public education, clinician awareness, and tighter control of online availability are still needed, particularly as cases continued to occur in later years.
