Core Tip A comparative study was conducted to observe the efficacy and safety of S-1 maintenance therapy in advanced non-small-cell lung cancer patients. S-1 maintenance therapy has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer. It has the same clinical efficacy as gemcitabine, but less toxic and side effects, and is more effective and safer.
