Core Tip The case report provides analysis and summary of a patient who had postoperative secondary aggravation of obstructive sleep apnea–hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) and hypoxia after bilateral carotid body tumor surgical. Our study suggested that the continuous positive airway pressure treatment after manual pressure titration under polysomnography monitoring was effective in treating the primary or secondary OSAHS.
