In this article, for the first time we described the procedure of partial splenectomy during liver transplantation (PSLT) for advanced cirrhosis with severe splenomegaly and hypersplenism. PSLT could effectively alleviate the severity of hypersplenism and ascites in those megalosplenia patients postoperatively. |
