Core Tip |
Antithrombotic therapy is considered as an independent risk factor for postoperative bleeding after gastric endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD). In the latest guideline, low-dose aspirin (LDA) should be continued for patients with a high risk of thrombosis who undergo ESD. In this retrospective study, we aimed to investigate the effect of continuous LDA on postoperative bleeding after gastric ESD in patients receiving dual antiplatelet therapy. |
