Core Tip Occult hepatitis B infection is a common clinical situation among chronic liver diseases either hepatitis C virus or non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, also it is masked not routinely diagnosed by common laboratory tools it has different clinical impact and may increase the incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma among these chronic liver diseases. This systematic review discusses this clinical situation with highlights on different studies which deal with clinical entity.
