Core Tip We reported a case of a patient with intrapancreatic accessory spleens evaluated by endoscopic ultrasonography and endoscopic ultrasonography elastography. We presented the endoscopic ultrasound-elastography features of intrapancreatic accessory spleens, which may help to minimize the chance of misdiagnosis and prevent patients from undergoing unnecessary surgery in the future.
