Core Tip Intra-abdominal hemorrhage during pregnancy is rare in clinic, which is dangerous. The disease is characterized by the high perinatal mortality, and delayed treatment would even lead to maternal death. Thus, the obstetricians need to be vigilant in clinical work, especially for the patients with high-risk factors, such as HELLP syndrome, endometriosis, and multiple abdominal surgery history. Early diagnosis, timely surgery, and multidisciplinary cooperation are the keys to save the maternal life and improve the perinatal outcomes.
