Core Tip The world pandemia due to coronavirus disease 2019 has a high rate of disease trasmission that causes a critical hospitalization overload. Waiting for certainties by evidence based medicine, it is not ethics do not try off-label therapies with some well-known drugs which could have some efficacy based on their mechanisms of action.
