Core Tip Ewing sarcomas (ES) are highly aggressive malignancy and are predominant in the long bones of extremities of children and young adults. We, hereby, presents a case of extraosseous Ewing sarcoma at the jejunum in a female patient.  This case highlights jejunum as a potential site for Ewing sarcoma origin and surgical approach with adjuvant chemotherapy does prove beneficial.
