Core Tip |
The present study reported the down-regulated expression of BTNL9 in pancreatic cancer (PC), which correlated with a poorer prognosis. PC cells overexpressing BTNL9 exhibited cell cycle arrest at the G2/M, accompanied by a reduction in their proliferative and metastatic capacity. BTNL9 regulates the cell cycle by inhibiting cell division cycle 20. |
