Core Tip |
Repeated failure of diabetic wounds to heal is a critical health issue globally that significantly contributes to the incidence of non-traumatic amputations. However, the mechanisms underlying the impaired healing of diabetic wounds are intricate and incompletely elucidated. In this review, we critically analyze the pivotal roles of histone deacetylases in the critical events in diabetic wound healing. |
