Core Tip |
In this study, 1071 patients with stage I-III gastric cancer who underwent radical gastrectomy at The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were followed up, and relevant clinicopathological factors were collected. A new scoring system called systemic inflammation response index (SIRI)-platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) was calculated. Through univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses, six indicators significantly associated with survival were identified: Age, tumor size, T stage, N stage, SIRI-PLR, and carcinoembryonic antigen. A nomogram model was then constructed and validated. |
